Yellow curry chicken was absolutely delicious with a great amount of flavor! Pork fried rice was super good! And the fried wontons I got with the pork & that was heaven. Great customer service as well as their fantastic food. I highly recommend!

Good food. Place was fine. Do Not like the dog out back being chained up to an old van all day.. only response I got was that it was "a friends dog" but apparently "it's always there".. people make me sick.

Some days food is great. Other day it's decent. Therefore i could not give it a five stars. My guess is different cooks.

This place used to be my favorite Thai place. However in the last few years they have gone downhill. I was there the other day with my grandfather and they took forever to get the check to us. We asked to be cashed out while sitting and they pointed to the front. Went to the front and they ignored my grandfather when he kept asking for the check. The food has went from being the best to food just covered in oil. No matter what I ordered it was just covered in oil and tasted really bland. They even had a poor dog tied out back of the kitchen. Why would you have a dog tied outside the door of the kitchen? Just stay away from this place, much better food at other restaurants in my opinion that don't ignore you when you try and cashout.

I've been getting Thai to go here since they opened. I have yet to find another thai place in Puyallup that is better. I've tried others and always come back to Vankok Thai. Thanks to the staff for a great job.

We’ve ordered here from delivery service, with excellent food but never gone in to the restaurant. There are never any cars when we go by. Finally went in to eat, & were hit with a terrible musty smell that I’d guess was from a filthy carpet. Windows looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. We had to actually open a window the smell was so bad. There were only two tables occupied but service was extremely slow. That being said, the food was exceptional, they accommodate changes, & portions are huge. We will continue to order from the delivery service because the food is great, but won’t be going into the restaurant again.

I ordered food through DoorDash. I really wasn't expecting the amount of food that came with my order. Be aware, if you order Pad Thai, there's enough to feed a small army! I barely got through a quarter of it before I was stuffed. Thank you!!

We went on a Saturday morning and had a male server. We've never been disrespected the way he did. Went with the family to have lunch to this place because of the 4.1 star reviews. Little did we know that it'll be the worst experience, at least so far. This male server asked my wife if our daughter is hers. My wife politely replied yes. We just ignored this and just went on with the lunch. Then this server, as we were getting ready to leave, really got too personal then asked so "where's the dad?" So I ignored the guy or my next option was to be rude. Just decided against the latter. But this needs to be heard. I'm not even gonna try to talk about the food because the overall experience was distasteful. Maybe this was an understatement.

We enjoy going out. Yesterday we arrived in this excellent place which we didn’t know before. We spent a beautiful experience there with fine cooking and an efficient crew and a talented cook. We added this venue in our list and we shall definitely return soon. We deeply recommend.

Had takeout from Bangkok Thai recently. It was amazing! I had the pad Kee Mao and the portion was huge. I made three meals out of it. Best Thai restaurant in Puyallup/ Tacoma

The place was very nicely decorated. Lots of interesting things to look at. The food was great and the woman who served my family there was very friendly and had a lot of fun joking with us. I would highly recommend this place if you enjoy Thai food because the selection was not too obscure, but had plenty of options for all 7 of us that went.

So on today's visit Jan 17th, 2020, they apparently no longer offer a lunch specials menu and they also don't offer a military discount to uniformed service members. That's a disgrace.Will not be returning as the food & customer service were both sub par!!Now I see why I was the only one standing in their restaurant at noon on a Friday, clearly other customers have learn to stay away.

My boyfriend and I went on a slow Friday night before the COVID outbreak. Upon arrival only 2 tables were occupied, complete with food and drinks. After being seated and given menus we were completely forgot about, although the server had to pass us as he continuously walked to the table beside us, with customers still seated and eating, and took away plates. After staring the server, continuously for 15min, even trying to call out, got out of our chairs searching for another server, we gave up and left. I've never been to a restaurant, thats not busy, and got completely ignored. Very disappointed.

Terrible food. Ordered pad see ew and its a giant pile of overcooked noodles with 5 pieces of meat and NO sauce. Bland overcooked food.

Food is fabulous, this time. Last time, ehh. Service continues to get worse and worse. We quit going for a year bec food and service were terrible. We decided to try again and the Dinner for two was good but service has never returned to what it was even 5 years ago. Used to be our favorite, now we are looking for a new place.

Issue with Uber order .no chicken in my meal...called to inquire and they told me my issue was with Uber not them... for real..... Description of my meal said marinated chicken, spinach and broccoli in peanut sauce....next time I will stick with the other Thai place around the corner from these guys.

They have great fresh rolls and really good massuman curry. The service is good and it's a cozy place. Great place to go if you want great Thai food at a decent price. I would go so far as to say that it's better than Chili Thai food wise.

Food was pretty good actually it surprised me. But considering the amount of takeout that was going out also surprised me even in the times of covid19

Ordered lunch and their Chicken Phad Thai. Very tasty and had a huge take home box to enjoy for later!Restaurant is family-owned and very clean compared to other establishments I've been to in this genre of cuisine. Will come again and recommend to others.

I was there today...been ordering togo..many times...I ordered 1 pork basil fried rice..extra onion.5 star...1 basil..beef fried RICE 2 star....no basil...IN either. Of the orders...I called back TALKED to Joe???....Plus repeated my order to new employee 3 times in PERSON 6 Aug.2020..BOTH orders was supposed to be BASIL FRIED RICE..joe said he would make it right next visit!!..time will tell!

I'm sorry but I have tried way better teriyaki and pad thai. They serve soooooo much for it not to taste as good 😔 on a good note the spring rolls were tasty.

I've been going here since they opened. Family owned and run, the food is excellent. Try the Curry Noodle Soup. It's a meal in a bowl. All noodle dishes are wonderful. My husband loves the Spicy Salmon. Very friendly. If you need something you need to just ask.

After 8:25pm TO GO, orders only. Gluten free options. Great food. Decent portions.

My daughter had recommended you because she grew up eating Thai food in the Seattle area as she grew up with me and it was our favorite. She was so excited to find this place. She sent me pics when she had got her order and told me we had to try it! So we did! Fresh food, large portions and super great to-go containers for your take out order 🤩 a five star for our family experience

The food was not good at all. We did take out, food had an odd smell to it!

I stopped by for lunch a little while ago. First thing you find is that parking sucks. There are enough spaces but to accommodate but if you're driving an F250 long bed, good luck. I'm assuming this establishment is family owned. When I walked in, an older Asian woman yelled at me from across the dining room to sit where I like. The dining room is nice and a little upper class. Service was fairly prompt. Food was excellent! Their lunch menu covered a reasonable selection of their delicacies. Portions were very good. Prices were a bit high but not bad. Would give 5 stars but parking sucked and the typical Asian restroom needed to be CLEANED!!

Very bad the food smelled literally like poop I couldn't get past the odd smell of the kee mau I tried to send it back but they said no. Very poor timing as well. Not prompt service. Not impressed.

Was not impressed with the quality of food at all, neither was my companion. I ordered teriyaki chicken with steamed vegis which was chunks of cooked chicken, small container of what should have been teriyaki sauce but was soy sauce & steamed cabbage w/6 small carrot slices. It was disgusting. My companion ordered pad beef and got a slab of beef with noodles. It was cheap and fast. Guess you get what you pay for. Absolutely the best food hands down. And the crab wontons out of this world!! Staff is all amazing as well definitely recommend this place.

Horrible food!!! The meat smelled rancid and and everything had a strange taste to it! I only took 2 bites and got food poisoning!!! I am calling the health department on this place! Glad I paid 80$ for uneaten, rancid nasty food!!! 🤢 I’ve been on the toilet all day throwing up and my kids have had diarrhea for the few bites they ate!!! Very disappointed!!!

Went here several years ago and was good. Stopped by yesterday and it was awful. Will never go again.we were the only people in the place...bad sign. Totally boring, tasteless, waiter brought wrong food. I dont see how they can even call it Thai food.

Worst Thai food we have ever had. Ordered a large combo meal and another entree for a bunch of friends. Most of the food went entirely uneaten, bland or plain rancid and gross. The wontons looked like they were wrapped by a 3 year old with no meat at all and burnt. Nothing was as advertised and it cost over $100 dollars. Dont waste your money or time

Nice authentic Thai food, plethora of dishes and spices. A friendly staff helped to choose the right dish all while in a warm atmosphere

I was doing delivery for them 1 time so far and it was nice. Great order for the customer and nice pay. I have not eaten thier food yet but I'm sure it is delicious! :-)

Great food at a really low price. Huge servings. One meal of pad Thai can feed three. Friendly people. Not sure why it's not packed with people here.
